Inspired by Practical Magic and Maria Owens’ grimoire, Magic Lessons is our take on the mysterious black soap the Owens women make every March. 🌙🖤
The inspiration comes straight from the book, where the recipe includes licorice-infused oil, honey, and clove, with lavender for luck and rosemary for remembrance.
Our handcrafted version captures that inspiration with activated charcoal, local honey, Star Anise, Clove, Lavender, and Rosemary Essential Oils, topped with dried lavender and rosemary and finished with a sliver of a moon representing the dark moon phase when the soap is made.
Made with our luxurious grass-fed beef tallow and coconut milk recipe, this bar creates a rich, creamy lather.
